One supporter who votes for the winning goal will bag a signed home shirt.

But that's only half of it.

The lucky fan will also get the chance to go pitchside to present the Goal-of-the-Season award to the winning player shortly before kick-off at Albion's final Championship game of the term against Barnsley.
