ALBION are urging all season ticket holders and members to log on and familiarise themselves with the club's upgraded online ticketing system.

The new system is the same as the one successfully employed by Chelsea to sell Champions League and Premier League tickets.

It will provide the club with the option to allocate tickets based on loyalty points in the future and users will be able to keep count of the loyalty points they have accumulated.

It will also play a large part in advanced ticket sales should the club play at Wembley again.

The upgraded online ticketing system will also provide a facility for season ticket holders and members to maintain their own account details.

They will even be able to set up a 'Friends and Family' group to enable them to make block bookings for individual games in one single transaction.

When registering together users will require the membership number and postcode of each person in the group.

As well as home tickets, away tickets and Baggies Travel coach tickets will also now be available online.

And the new system will cater for season ticket and membership renewals.
