Joe Corrigan
HAVE you got a head for figures?
Well, in our weekly feature for the 2007/08 season, we find out whether the Albion players and coaching staff have.
Every Tuesday, a member of the Baggies camp will randomly pick 15 questions to answer from a colourful selection of 40 puzzlers.
We will then put them under the spotlight.
Today, we quiz goalkeeping coach, Joe Corrigan.
Q3: What would be your choice of outfit at a fancy dress party?
JC: A Frankenstein monster outfit. I think I'm tall enough!
Q7: What was the last album you downloaded to your ipod?
JC: I haven't got an ipod but I recently bought Barbara Streisand's new compilation album. I'm not a massive fan of hers but I like some of her songs. I think she has got a fantastic voice.
Q10: Who did you have a schoolboy crush on?
JC: Monica Vitti, an actress in the early 60s. She starred in a film with Jack Lemmon called 'How to Murder Your Wife'. I thought she was one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen.
Q12: What is your favourite colour?
JC: Blue. The reason should be obvious to everyone. It's Manchester City's colour, who I played for.
Q16: Would you rather be a Cowboy or a Red Indian?
JC: A Red Indian. Mainly because I think they are more closely related to the earth rather than material things. They have a more natural way of life.
Q23: What keeps you awake at night?
JC: Nothing in particular. I'm not really a worrier.
Q19: What was the last film you saw at the cinema?
JC: Apocalypto, the Mel Gibson film about the Mayan Kingdom as it faced decline. It was absolutely fantastic - but very gruesome.

Q28: Who was your hero as a youngster?
JC: Harry Gregg, without a doubt. He was the Manchester United and Northern Ireland goalkeeper who survived the Munich air crash and actually went back in and rescued people out of the aircraft. That wasn't the main reason he was my hero, though. He was my hero long before that. When I was on loan from Manchester City at Shrewsbury Town, he was the manager there and he helped me a lot during my early days.
Q30: When was the last time you used public transport?
JC: In August this year, in Norway. I used the train from the airport to the centre of Oslo. I was over there watching a goalkeeper. Where I stayed was too far out to get a taxi so I went on the train. It was a fantastic experience. It was on time, clean, cheap and got me where I wanted with no problems! We just don't have public transport like that here.
Q18: What song would you choose if ordered to take part in karaoke?
JC: I would have to say the usual one, 'I Did It My Way', by Frank Sinatra. It's the only song I know most of the words to!
Q1: If you could buy a ticket to any event in the world, what would it be?
JC: I would like to be able to buy the first ticket on the first public shuttle to go into outer space...but I would never be able to afford that!
Q24: What was the last music concert you went to?
JC: I went to see Rod Stewart at the MEN Arena in Manchester many years ago. He was fabulous.
Q5: If you were Prime Minister, what one change to the country would you make?
JC: To ensure that people who lost money from pension schemes got it back because they deserve it.
Q15: What was your best and worst subject at school?
JC: My best subject was sports and my worst subject, because I hated it, was woodwork. I dropped that because I despised it so much.
Q11: Tell us a joke
JC: What do you call a man with a seagull on his head? Cliff!
