JAMES Morrison has called on his team-mates to take their Wembley frustrations out on Blackpool tomorrow (ko 7.45pm).

Albion were unfortunate to finish on the wrong end of a 1-0 defeat by Portsmouth following the Premier League high-fliers' controversial 54th-minute goal.

And the Baggies midfielder insists the best way to forget about their FA Cup semi-final disappointment is by putting on a show against the 17th-placed Seasiders.

But Simon Grayson's men, who have drawn the last three games at Bloomfield Road, boast a home league record of seven wins, ten draws and three defeats this term and will pose a stern test.

"We have got to focus on tomorrow now and take all our frustrations out on Blackpool," said Morrison.

"I didn't see it at the time but I would say there was a handball in the build-up to the goal.

"But sometimes you get them sometimes you don't so we will just have to take it on the chin and move on.

"In the first half we were on top but we didn't really create much, we had lots of possession but just needed a bit more creativity to try and get a goal.

"We passed the ball really well and I think if we had scored in the first half it would have been game over.

"But looking ahead to tomorrow we have just got to keep the team spirit high in our final games.

"We have got a lot of character in the squad and we will do everything we can to make it happen."
