I'M looking forward to seeing our fans dressed up as super heroes at QPR on Sunday - it should be a great sight.

It's a great way to pay tribute to 'Super' Kev and hopefully we can all perform like super-heroes on Sunday and win the title.

We wanted to make sure we got promotion before the last game because we can now play more relaxed at Loftus Road.

I don't want to have to go back home and get stick from Stoke fans for pipping us to being champions.

We want to win at QPR and do it for all the fans that are going down there - we'll definitely go for it.

Hopefully we will give poor Tininho a chance to enjoy the celebrations this time!

I don't think he felt much like a super hero on Monday night.

In his haste to celebrate after the Southampton game he had an unfortunate collision with a cameraman when he ran onto the field.

He's got scratches all over his face and looks like he's been attacked by a gang of crazy women!

Then when the whole squad did the group dive on the pitch in front of the Brummie Road End someone accidentally kicked his finger.

He suffered more injuries after the game than any of us did during it!

But it didn't really bother him because, like everyone, he's just glad to have won promotion to the Premier League.

It's still not really sunk in yet.

But on the other hand, we talked about it in pre-season, and put pressure on ourselves by saying our aim was to get automatic promotion.

To be fair we've dealt with the pressure incredibly well.

The pressure games kept coming and it was like a cup final every single time.

It's great for our gaffer that we've shown you can get out of this division by playing football.

It's been an amazing season and an example to a lot of other teams on how you can get out of this league.

We've entertained our fans all season, with a few ups and downs.

It probably hasn't been good for people's hearts but it has always been exciting.

Every single home game has been exciting and every single away game has been great.

You have to give everyone credit for picking themselves up after the FA Cup semi-final defeat.

We haven't lost since then.

We've scored 107 goals and kept 17 clean-sheets this term so that is a great achievement.

Next season will be my first-ever one in the Premier League.

It's a great challenge for me.

I've played a lot of international games for Belgium against great left-wingers.

Now I will be playing against them week in, week out.

That's a massive challenge and I'm going to do everything I can to play well.
