HOEF THE CUFF: Carl's confession
I'VE got a confession to make this week!
I didn't go on the flight to Norwich because I'm really scared of flying.
Whenever I fly I have to take relaxation tablets, but because we were playing the next day I couldn't do it because it takes time to get them out of my system.
I had a great journey down on the coach, it was like a massive limousine and I got there quite early so I had a sleep in the afternoon.
I don't know of any antics that happened with the rest of the team's travels, and I'd probably rather not know.
I hear it was a bad flight though and it was a small aeroplane, so I think I got the better deal.
We all jumped on the coach back with a huge sense of satisfaction.
Although I don't think it was a good performance at all at Carrow Road because we stopped playing after 20 minutes.
At this stage of the season though it is all about winning games, which is what we said after the Wembley game, and since then we haven't lost.
It was mentally challenging after Wembley because we did deserve something out of it.
Then nearly immediately we had a few very hard games against Blackpool, Watford, Wolves and Norwich.
Norwich were one of the better sides and they have underachieved massively this season when you see all the players they have got.
They put us under pressure in the second half.
But Roko and Zolly popped up with the goals and It is great to have scoring midfielders like them and when you've got goals in your side like that it is entertaining for the fans as well.
The fans have been amazing right from the beginning of the season and Plymouth away really stands out - it was fantastic support again at Norwich.
We hope we have given something back like the trip to Wembley and winning at Wolves.
If we get promoted it will be massive but if we can finish as champions that would be amazing.
It is something as a player you have to want.
As a former Stoke player I definitely want the title because if we come second to them I will have to take a lot of stick.
We definitely want the title, that's 100 per cent certain.
If you had asked weeks ago we would have settled for automatic promotion because that's our aim.
But at the moment we want to be champions.
I think we just have to look at ourselves.
I'm not going to be glued to the television watching the results come in on Saturday.
I think at the end of the day it's up to us and even if the other sides win all their games it doesn't matter because, as long as we win our next two, we are champions.
We can't let ourselves down by hoping other teams will drop points, we don't want to win like that if we can help it.
It's going to be a very hard game on Monday.
To be fair Southampton played well against us when we went there earlier in the season.
And that is something we have to avoid.
They have good players and I don't understand why they are so low in the league because they have got quality players and they could hurt us if we are not at it.
It would be amazing to clinch promotion at The Hawthorns.
The fans have been tremendous all season and the players are buzzing.
I hope the atmosphere will be electric.
We have had some very tough home games and the fans have always got us through.
I remember when we lost to Coventry the fans applauded us as we came off and told us to keep our heads up and keep going.
That is want you want from fans.
The build-up to Monday has been very calm.
We had a few days off which was the first time in a while due to the number of fixtures we've had lately.
I just relaxed.
I'm doing my garden soon so I was just looking at what needed to be done.
I didn't do any labour though!
