HOEF THE CUFF: We must shake bad habit
WE'LL be aiming to bounce back straight away against Plymouth on Saturday - and hopefully this time we can score first!
In our four league games at The Hawthorns in 2008 we haven't scored first yet and we keep making life difficult for ourselves.
It's not like we do it on purpose, definitely not, but it seems to keep happening.
The first chance the opposition get, they score.
That happened in Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Hull.
It is something we have to work on as it is very dangerous to give the opposition the lead because then you have to change the game.
If you have to come from behind all the time sooner or later you are bound to lose.
It is horrible being beaten at home and nobody expected it, which makes it even worse.
The good thing is we have a chance to put it right quickly - but it will be tough.
When we played Plymouth away it was a really good test, we played really well and had a great 2-1 win.
But Plymouth are doing really well and are only one place and three points behind us, all-be-it having played a game more.
They are having a great season and are very hard to beat away from home.
There are no more easy games this season, it's crunch time actually, everybody is going for it.
Sheffield Wednesday may be in the bottom three but they will still make life difficult for us on Tuesday.
A lot of teams are playing to avoid relegation and teams are playing for the play-offs.
Everyone has got something to play for.
Every game you have will be a tough test, and it's up to us really to just go for it.
